Undergraduate Opportunities

Every winter and spring, courses are offered at Hopkins Marine Station for undergraduates. Winter courses typically run on Fridays only; in spring, students can apply to be in residence in Monterey for a full quarter. More information can be found in the undergraduate section of the Hopkins website. 

Stanford undergraduate students interested in ocean research can also pursue oceans-related courses and majors via the Department of Biology, Earth Systems and Civil and Environmental Engineering.
